High Roller Technologies has entered a strategic partnership with iConvert, a move set to reshape player acquisition and retention in the competitive iGaming market. This collaboration aims to elevate user engagement, boost conversion rates, and improve player retention using iConvert’s innovative tools and technologies.
Under the agreement, High Roller will leverage iConvert’s exit intent pre-registration overlays and gamification tools. These solutions are designed to captivate user attention, enhance onsite experiences, and encourage higher deposit rates. Initial campaigns have already rolled out in Q4 2024 across selected international markets, demonstrating early signs of success.
Sven Kaltenegger, High Roller’s Chief Marketing Officer, while talking about the partnership said, “Achieving a high conversion rate is crucial in the rapidly evolving iGaming ecosystem. The partnership with iConvert strengthens our acquisition and retention strategies, boosting conversion rates and enhancing player experience while taking player retention to the next level.”
iConvert’s suite of behavioural and engagement tools aligns perfectly with High Roller’s mission to deliver exceptional player experiences. By combining High Roller’s strong market presence with iConvert’s advanced technologies, the collaboration aims to set a new standard in iGaming engagement.
Ashley Wood, CEO of iConvert, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, “Partnering with High Roller has been one of the easiest decisions we’ve ever made. The High Roller team already has an extremely strong presence across its markets, and we’re looking forward to helping them continue to grow.”
The collaboration also signals High Roller’s commitment to innovation. The company’s focus on adopting advanced technologies, such as iConvert’s behavioural solutions, showcases its dedication to staying ahead in a highly competitive industry.
This follows the appointment of Kristofer Muscat as Chief Operating Officer at High Roller. Mr Muscat previously worked for Eastrock Group, and his expertise in machine learning technologies is seen to be very beneficial to the company’s continuous efforts to improve player experiences while cutting down operational costs.
The partnership will feature a new development in the field of iGaming-a focus on integration involving gamification and behavioural technologies with respect to engaging more players. Taking up such instruments will enhance the competitive position for High Roller as well as show the path ahead for the adoption of this style by others amidst changing market circumstances.
